Fees

Our fees follow the schedule recommended by the Psychologists' Association of Alberta. 

The total fee will vary depending on the complexity of the assessment. We would be happy to provide you with an estimate based on your specific needs.  Please contact us using the information located on this website. 

Time Investment

A neuropsychological assessment consists of an interview, where detailed information will be gathered about current concerns and historical information. The interview typically takes between 1 to 2 hours. The interview is followed by 5 to 7 hours of formal standardized assessment with a variety of tests. Once assessment results have been integrated into a report, a feedback session will be arranged to discuss the assessment results, diagnostic impressions, and recommendations, 

Insurance

Most health benefit providers offer a degree of coverage for neuropsychological/psychological services. For questions regarding your specific coverage plan, please contact your benefit or insurance providers directly.  

You will be provided with a detailed invoice and receipt upon payment that you can submit to your insurance or health benefits provider. 

Payment Policy

Fees are due in total at the time of invoicing and direct billing is not available. 

Payment is accepted by cash, credit card, or e-transfer. 

Please note that a 3.4% surcharge will be added to all credit card payments to account for processing fees.
